MANCHESTER, NH — Police were dispatched to 865 Second St. for a possible robbery at 1:15 p.m. Thursday, when they located a man with injuries inside of Pizza Express.

The victim may have been assaulted inside of First Nutrition, which is also located inside the plaza of 865 Second Street, but made his way to Pizza Express before police arrived on scene. The victim was transported to an area hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries to his head and face.

Police are looking for the man’s assailant, described as a white male, approximately 5-foot-7 inches tall, medium build wearing a dark-colored jacket, dark-colored hat and dark-colored pants. A dark blue or black pick-up truck was seen leaving the area prior to police arrival, so it is unknown if the vehicle was involved in the incident. There is no further information available at this time.
