MANCHESTER, NH — The NH Division of Liquor Enforcement is looking to identify a man who entered the Liquor Store located on Bicentennial Drive in Manchester at approximately 11:44 a.m, on Sept. 21, 2016, and left a short time later with pricey tequila tucked in his shorts.
According to authorities, the man started to browse at bottles on the shelves before selecting two bottles of high-end tequila — Roca Patron and Avion — and concealing them in his shorts. He then appeared to take a phone call and exit the store without paying for anything. The combined value of the tequila is $220.
The man is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, 190-200 pounds, bald, with a muscular build. He has a distinctive tattoo on his right shin/calf that covers most of his leg below the knee. He was last seen leaving the parking lot on foot.
