MANCHESTER, NH – A city man wanted on federal weapons charges was arrested Oct. 20.
On Thursday Manchester Police assisted agents from Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) unit locate and arrest Joseph Davis, 30, of Manchester.
Davis was wanted on a federal firearm possession by a prohibited person charge.
Davis was spotted alone in a vehicle in the Maple Valley parking lot (245 Maple Street) when a small contingent of SWAT agents approached and arrested Davis without incident.
