MANCHESTER, NH – On September 12, 2019, at approximately 2 a.m., the Manchester Police Department responded to the area of Lake Avenue and Union Street for an assault. When officers responded they found a subject who had been stabbed.
The victim is a 27-year-old male from Manchester who had a puncture wound to his back. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment. At this time it appears the wound is non-life threatening.
The suspect was described as a black or Hispanic male who drove away in a minivan.
The Manchester Police Department believes the public is not in danger and that this was not a random crime.
