Man injured after crashing into South Porter Street pole, charged for leaving scene

MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police responded to a single-vehicle crash in front of 750 South Porter St. on Aug. 14 at approximately 10:40 a.m. The operator of the vehicle fled the scene after crashing into a telephone pole.  He was located inside of his South Porter Street residence almost immediately after the crash.

Officers spoke with the driver, Edmanuel Rosas, 41, of Manchester, and arrested him for leaving the scene of a crash. He was taken into custody and charged with conduct after an accident and operating after suspension, second offense.

He was transported to a local hospital where he is currently being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
