MANCHESTER, NH – William Gosselin, 56, of Cilley Road, was arrested Oct. 10, charged with being intoxicated and making threats to his wife with a loaded rifle.

Police were dispatched to the residence at about 11:40 p.m. Saturday for a report of a domestic dispute. The  55-year-old female victim told police that  her husband had arrived home and engaged in a verbal argument with her, and that he was intoxicated.
