MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police responded to a Forrest Hill Way address at approximately 11:10 p.m. Thursday for a dispute involving a firearm. Officers arrived to the residence and spoke with the 49-year-old victim who stated his girlfriend’s son, Deion Ferrone, 21, fired a gun at him prior to fleeing the house.

The two men engaged in an altercation when Ferrone allegedly threatened to kill him. Ferrone ultimately pointed a handgun at the victim and fired the weapon. Fortunately, the bullet missed the victim and ended up striking a wall.

Ferrone’s mother, girlfriend, and his 10-year-old sibling were home at the time of the incident.

Ferrone and his girlfriend fled the residence, but were caught a short time later in the parking lot of the Red Arrow Diner in Londonderry. Ferrone was taken into custody without incident; however no firearm was located at the time of his arrest.

He is charged with criminal threatening and first degree assault (attempted) and is scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on April 27, 2018.
