MANCHESTER, NH — A husband and wife face criminal charges after an investigation revealed Royal Brady, 32, of 27 Columbus St., Manchester, allegedly sexually assaulted a young female known to him.
His wife, Kimberly Brady, 31, of Manchester, reported a sexual assault involving a juvenile on June 15. Juvenile detectives immediately looked into the accusation that Royal Brady had assaulted a 10-year old female. He was arrested June 17, 2016, charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault. He appeared in the 9th Circuit Court on June 20, and was held on $100,000 cash/surety bail.
Kimberly Brady, who initially reported the incident, was arrested on June 21 and charged with criminal liability to aggravated felonious sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and violation of the Child Protection Act. Detectives allege she knew about the assaults but failed to report the incidents when they first occurred. She appeared in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on June 23. She is being held on $50,000.00 cash/surety bail.
Both are scheduled to appear for a Probable Cause hearing on June 29, 2016 at the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester.
