MANCHESTER, NH — Police detectives have made an arrest involving the Hayward Street shooting on October 13, 2018. Nicolas Nolin, 24, of Manchester, turned himself in at police headquarters after detectives notified him of an arrest warrant.
Detective Michael Lavallee completed an arrest warrant charging Nolin with reckless conduct for his alleged actions on October 13, 2018 at approximately 10:50 p.m. when Nolin allegedly discharged a firearm in the area of Hayward Street and Batchelder Avenue.
Nolin was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on November 1, 2018. The case remains open and active, so no additional information is available at this time.
