Man charged in connection with Feb. 11 Burger King robbery

MANCHESTER, NH – Abdifatah Daud, 19, was arrested Feb. 25 on a warrant in connection with the Feb. 11 robbery at Burger King. Detectives from Manchester Police Department requested and were granted arrest warrants for two people who were believed to have been involved in a robbery that took place on February 11 at the eatery, located at 622 S. Willow St. Daud was one of those subjects.

At that time of the robbery it was alleged that three male subjects had entered the restaurant and taken cash. Police interviewed victims at the eatery following the incident. During the initial investigation a juvenile who is alleged to have been involved in the robbery was taken into custody and referred to the juvenile justice system.

According to police, while detectives were conducting the robbery investigation two of the alleged robbers went to the home of one of the victims, entered the victim’s home, and allegedly assaulted him while stating, “This is what happens to snitches.”

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on Monday detectives and officers located Daud who was taken into custody. Daud was charged with robbery, tampering with a witness, burglary, and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
