Man charged for heroin possession after OD in McDonald’s bathroom

MANCHESTER, NH – A man who overdosed in a McDonald’s bathroom has been charged with possession of heroin.

Manchester Police officer’s responded to McDonald’s, 196 S. Willow St., at 12:30 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive man inside of the bathroom.

Officer Matt Mara spoke with the man, identified as Kyle Bisson, 29, of Manchester, who was inside of the bathroom. He was conscious when he spoke with Officer Mara, so another officer went inside the bathroom stall where they retrieved a spoon containing heroin, a lighter and a syringe. Bisson had allegedly passed out in the bathroom prior to police arrival.

McDonald’s workers claimed he had a needle in his arm as he lay motionless on the ground. Officer’s retrieved 1.6 grams of heroin and placed him into custody. He was charged with possession of a controlled drug (heroin) and transported to Manchester Police headquarters. He was arraigned on March 10, 2015.
