MANCHESTER, NH — On Saturday May 7, Officer Tom Whelan responded to 100 Hollis Street at 8:45 a.m. for a theft in progress. Officer Whelan located a man pushing a bicycle on W. Hollis Brook Street who matched the description provided by the caller.
Officer Whalen spoke with Caggiula, 20, of Manchester, and determined he was responsible for entering a 2009 Toyota Corolla inside of a private lot located at 100 Hollis Street. The victims claimed he removed loose change from the vehicle. Caggiula was arrested and charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking and Criminal Trespass. He will appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on May 9, 2016.
