MANCHESTER, NH  – On Monday, January 28, 2019, Glen Lanchester, 51, of Manchester, was arrested on a federal charge of production of child pornography, in violation of 18 USC 2251(a).

His arrest is the result of a months-long joint investigation by the Manchester Police Department’s Cybercrime Unit and its partners within the NH ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) Task Force, to include the NH State Police (NHSP) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

According to court documents, a search warrant was executed at Lanchester’s residence on Eastern Avenue in Manchester. Further investigation uncovered evidence which indicated that Lanchester allegedly video recorded nude under-aged females, without their knowledge or consent, using a camera hidden in his home.

Lanchester appeared in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire in Concord, where a federal magistrate judge set conditions of release that included electronic monitoring.

This investigation remains active and ongoing.

Anyone with information regarding this matter, or other matters that are possibly related to this investigation, is encouraged to contact Detective Lou Krawczyk of the MPD Cybercrime Unit at 603-792-5517.
