Man arrested for criminal mischief after throwing rock through bank window

MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police were called to Citizens Bank, 825 Hanover St., for a criminal mischief in progress call around 6:25 p.m. on June 11. The caller advised police they a man with a neck tattoo was leaving the area on foot after he threw a rock through a window at the bank.

Officer Stephen Irwin observed a man matching the original description of the suspect in front of Dr. Dental, 861 Hanover St., as he responded to the call.  That man, later identified as Kyle Bisson, 32, no fixed address, had blood on his hands and several small lacerations on his arms.

Officers Stephen Irwin and Jeffrey Hennessey determined Bisson had caused the $1,500-worth of damage to the bank window, so he was placed into custody and charged with a felony-level criminal mischief. He is schedule to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court on June 12, 2018.
