MANCHESTER, N.H. –
A Manchester man has been arrested after pointing a gun inside of the Michael L. Briggs Public Safety Building on Valley Street.

At approximately 10:15 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 19, 30-year-old Khalid Dibi entered the building to report a stolen gun.

After telling this to the clerk, Dibi then allegedly took the gun out of his bag and pointed it outward in no particular direction.

Despite several officers ordering him to stop this action, Dibi did not comply and was taken into custody.

Dibi was charged with alleged criminal threatening, reckless conduct, receiving stolen property and was also placed in preventative detention.

Anyone arrested is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
