Man and woman arrested on Thursday on drug charges

MANCHESTER, N.H. – At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 8, detectives from the Manchester Police Department’s Street Crime Unit arrested two individuals near the intersection of Auburn Street and Lincoln Street.

Police reported seeing a man walking back and forth near a bench where a woman was sitting. She then handed something to the man, which the man then smoked. After investigation, police discovered the pair to be in possession of a syringe and a cellophane bag with what they believed to be unspecified quantities of heroin and Fentanyl.

The pair were identified as Holly Crawford, 34 and Miguel Graciani, 48. Their location of residence was not revealed by police, both were charged with alleged possession of a controlled drug.

Both are scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court – North on Aug. 22.

Anyone accused of a crime is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
