CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Lottery will award a $1.3 million top prize in a live drawing Thursday, July 21, right on the infield in the middle of a New Hampshire Fisher Cats baseball game at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium in Manchester.

Eleven finalists will take part in the live $1,000 a Week For Life drawing. The grand prize winner will have the option of taking home $1,000 per week for 25 years — the equivalent of $1.3 million — or accepting a one-time cash payout of $500,000. (Prize amounts are calculated before taxes.)

“Standing on the infield before thousands of fans, the $1,000 a Week For Life drawing is going to be the peak of exhilaration for our 11 finalists,” said Charlie McIntyre, executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery Commission. “In the moments before prizes are revealed, the excitement is going to be palpable for our finalists and for those watching from the stands. We cannot wait to find out who our big winner is!”

Finalists were each selected from a preliminary drawing held earlier this summer from non-winning $1,000 a Week For Life scratch tickets. During the seventh inning stretch, finalists will be invited onto the field and will choose one of 11 available prize envelopes. Finalists will be instructed to open their envelopes at once to reveal their prizes.

Finalists include:

  • Jeffrey Morin, Manchester
  • Thomas Mix, Union
  • Teresa Tetrault, Loudon
  • Lynn Blais, Berlin
  • Ray Pederzani, White River Junction, VT
  • Michael Rockwell, Manchester
  • John Pollard, Pembroke
  • Roger Goulet, Gorham
  • Marjorie Smith, Hampton
  • Maureen Hutchins, Derry
  • Gerard Martineau, Manchester

In addition to the grand prize of $1.3 million, the following prizes will be up for grabs Thursday: one prize of $25,000; one prize of $5,000; four prizes of $2,000; and four prizes of $1,500. All finalists will watch the game from a private luxury suite with food and beverages.
