MANCHESTER, NH  Three men are under indictment for three separate murders while a fourth is under indictment related to a gas explosion that resulted in the death of a painter.

A Hillsborough County Superior Court North grand jury issued the indictments in mid-June.  They were made public Friday.

Justin Moura, 35, of 12 Sibley Terrace, Manchester, was indicted for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Tanya Hall, 34, of Hudson.  The night of March 2, 2019, Moura and Hall’s boyfriend, Jeremy Roye Winslow, 34,  of Manchester had a shoving match inside Club Manchvegas.

Winslow and Hall left the club but as they were driving away, Moura fired a gun. The bullet went through a side window on Winslow’s Jeep and struck Hall in the back, killing her.  Winslow maintains the shooting is accidental, that he slipped on ice and the gun misfired.

The indictment says Moura caused Hall’s death  “under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life by shooting” her.

Matthew Fay, 28, formerly of 25 Old Henniker Road, Unit 1, Hillsborough, was indicted on two counts of second-degree murder in the Dec. 22, 2018 stabbing death of Brett Wilson, 51.  Wilson was found dead in a trailer in Hillsborough.  The indictments alleged alternative theories that Fay “knowingly” and “recklessly” caused Wilson’s death.

The “knowingly” indictment accuses Fay of causing Wilson’s death by stabbing him multiple times.  The reckless count alleges Fay caused Wilson’s death “under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life by stabbing him multiple times.”

Bryan Peluso, 28, whose address is listed as the Valley Street jail but whose last known address was in Nashua, also was indicted on two counts of second-degree murder in the Thanksgiving Day shooting death last year of Brandon Kluz, 23, of Milford.  The indictments cite alternate theories that Peluso “knowingly” caused Kluz’s death and “recklessly” caused his death when he shot him in the chest with a pistol at a home at 19 Baboosic Lake Road in Amherst.

David Favreau Sr., 57, of 11 Virginia Court, Hooksett, was indicted on a felony charge of negligent performance of fuel gas fitting.  The indictment alleges that Favreau, a New Hampshire fuel gas fitting licensee who performed fuel gas fitting at lot 32 on Foxberry Drive in New Boston, negligently violated rules of professional standard for mechanical licensing pertaining to a fuel gas fitting, which resulted in the death of another.

The indictment does not identify the man who died.  According to a report by WMUR, a two-story home exploded about 10:30 a.m. on Sept 19, 2017.

Antonio DeSouza, 46, of Nashua, a painter, was trapped in the basement when the roof caved in, killing him.
