If You Golf, how about doing it for a good cause? Put your money to work for our brave service members here at home in NH. Join us for the 10th Annual New Hampshire Freedom Cup Golf Tournament June 21 at Candia Woods Golf Links.
Our mission is to ensure that New Hampshire never forgets the men and women who have bravely served and stand ready to help in times of crisis and catastrophe. We offer assistance with the unexpected and the unmanageable.
We hold the annual NH Freedom Cup for them – and in honor of Cpl. Michael Ouellette, USMC. While serving in Afghanistan in 2009, Cpl. Michael Ouellette, United States Marine Corps, earned the Navy Cross for extreme bravery in the heat of battle. He sacrificed his life to leave this world a better place. It is in this spirit that we help carry on his legacy of service to help his brothers and sisters in arms.
For the last 10 years in his memory, we have honored Michael’s bravery – and that of all of NH’s military heroes by providing critical support to service members and their families in need.
All proceeds assist veterans, those currently serving, and their families from all wars and conflicts. Funds from the tournament are distributed through the VA Medical Center and in partnership with VFWs across the state.
There are still open spots available for golfers and sponsors. We are also looking for donations of raffle and auction items. We cannot do this without you! We are only able to have such a broad and generous reach out into the community because of support from people just like you.
