MANCHESTER, NH — The Granite YMCA is offering new members an opportunity to join without having to pay a membership join fee starting Thursday, December 29 – Tuesday, January 31.
As a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, family strengthening, and social responsibility, The Granite YMCA seeks to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. In 2016, 20,000 people in the community received financial assistance and/or free services.
“When people experience the Y, they know and feel that they belong to a charitable cause that helps transform lives. Our January Waive the Join Fee promotion is an opportunity for new members to discover more than just their strength but to discover a sense of belonging,” said Hal Jordan, CEO of The Granite YMCA. “New members can potentially save up to $75 when they join in January.”
The benefits of a YMCA membership are all-encompassing and include access and privleges at all five branches of The Granite YMCA.
