MANCHESTER, NH – James Sanborn, 39, of Manchester, passed away at his home in Manchester on December 22, 2017. He was born on January 14, 1978 to Jonathan Sanborn and the late Diane Goulet (Fletcher) in Bangor, Maine.

James was born and raised in Bucksport, Maine, before settling down in Manchester. He was a crane operator for Souhegan Valley Tree Service, and was very passionate about his work.

He was an incredible husband, father, brother, son, and uncle and was devoted to his family. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need of help. James was passionate about learning how to do new things and enjoyed taking on new projects. He loved telling stories, riding motorcycles and camping with his family. With his kindness and friendly spirit, he made friends wherever he went. Those who love him most remember him as hardworking, loving and full of energy.

He leaves behind his beloved wife of 21 years, Jessica Sanborn (Savoie); sons Levi Sanborn and Riley Sanborn; daughter Jolie Sanborn; father Jonathan Sanborn; step-brother Alfred Goulet Jr.; sisters Heather Paquet, Jessica Gurney and Nichole Nightingale; and many nieces and nephews.

Services: A visitation will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Home and Crematorium in Manchester on Hanover Street on Friday December, 29 from 5-7 p.m. Friends and family are invited to attend.
