He was sentenced in Rockingham Superior Court for a violation of a protective order and received a prison sentence of 1 ½ –  3 years with 176 days of time served credited to his sentence.  He was admitted to the NH State Prison for Men on November 18, 2015 and he was eligible for parole on November 20, 2016.  He has not yet been approved for parole.  His maximum release date is May 24, 2018.
