To honor both our loyal readers and local business owners, we have launched an affordable Small Group Business ad deal, to help small businesses get the word out to readers about their goods and services at an affordable price, with one caveat.
In exchange, we ask them to provide a gift card we then can raffle to our most loyal of loyal readers – those who subscribe to our daily eNews, delivered to your email box daily at 6 a.m. Yes, it helps us build our email following, but we think everyone should support the local news economy!
Mostly, however, it’s a way to brighten someone’s day with free stuff.
So far we’ve awarded three gift cards:

- Suzanne Carmack (who declined to have a photo op) won a voucher for two tickets to Stockbridge Theatre
Next raffle will be pulled Dec. 7. Winner will get a $25 gift card for Mint Bistro.
