Injured man found in median following report of accident

CruiserMANCHESTER, NH — Police are seeking information that may help in an accident investigation in which a 46-year-old was injured late Thursday.

On March 31  at 11: 04 p.m,  Manchester Police Department, Manchester Fire department and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle crash in the area of the Amoskeag Rotary and Goffstown Road. They found an injured man in the median. Preliminary investigation indicates that a dark-colored pick-up truck may have been involved, and left the scene prior to police arrival.

The man, 46, of Manchester, was taken to the Catholic Medical Center with multiple serious injuries and subsequently transported to a Boston area hospital for further treatment.

This accident remains under investigation by the Manchester Police Traffic Unit Collision Reconstruction and Analysis Team. Anyone with information regarding this crash is urged to contact the Manchester Police Department Traffic Unit at 603-792-5440.
