MANCHESTER, NH  – It’s time to celebrate the Fourth of July Manchester style – which of course means fireworks on the Third of July!

No matter when it happens, it’s our special way of ringing in Independence Day, so make sure you have all the details:

Fireworks at Arms Park: The park will close to traffic at 6 p.m.. Commercial Street will be restricted to pedestrians only, beginning at 8 p.m.

Entertainment will be provided by the 39th Army Band starting at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks, by Atlas PyroVision Productions will begin around dusk (9:30 p.m.).

Food and beverage vendors will be on site starting at 6 p.m., or feel free to bring your own. No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles will be allowed. No pets, please. Admission is free.

East- and west-bound spans of the Notre Dame (Bridge Street) Bridge will be closed to all traffic (including foot traffic) at 8 a.m. to allow for set-up.
