Manchester City Officials lined up in front of City Hall and stood for a moment of silence as the hearse carrying the body of former Mayor Emile Beaulieu paused on its way to St. Josephs Cathedral Friday.

Mayor Beaulieu was a two-term mayor in the 1980s and recently passed away at the age of 85.  MFD Truck 7 and Truck 6 raised the flag over Elm Street and the procession passed under it as it paused, then the bells in City Hall tower tolled.
