DURHAM, NH – A majority of New Hampshire residents, regardless of party affiliation, approve of the job Chris Sununu is doing as governor, according to a recent Granite State Poll.
Nearly three-in-four Granite Staters feel the state is headed in the right direction, the highest percentage in a decade. A majority of New Hampshire residents continue to see drug abuse as the most important problem facing the state.
These findings are based on the latest Granite State Poll conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center. The poll included 502 randomly selected New Hampshire adults interviewed by landline and cellular telephone between July 29 and August 8, 2017. The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 4.4 percent.
