Last month, Rep. Guinta introduced the Firearms Transfer Improvement Act to improve small business and tourism in New Hampshire, where no sales tax exists. NHFC Vice President and Training Director Alan Rice said that, because of Rep. Guinta’s bill, the number of shoppers from New England, who visit New Hampshire to purchase everything from groceries to furniture, would increase, creating more jobs and economic growth.
