But the National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather alert for Southern New Hampshire, beginning Tuesday night through Thursday, Oct. 23.

That said, a slow-moving coastal storm featuring heavy rain will move in bringing lots of rain, especially Wednesday night into early Thursday morning.  Rain could lead to river flooding in some areas of the state, along with patchy fog. Travel advisories will be in effect from Connecticut through Maine.
