MANCHESTER, NH – Third baseman Emilio Guerrero picked the perfect time for his first Double-A home run.  He drilled a two-out solo shot to lift the Fisher Cats to a 5-4 victory before a seasons-best 7,008 on Saturday at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.

K. C. Hobson also homered, a three-run shot in the first, as New Hampshire (16-13) won a third straight game.

The Thunder (13-16)  opened the scoring in the top of the first inning.   Mason Williams walked and moved to second on a balk.  After Eric Jagielo was hit by a pitch, catcher Gary Sanchez  singled to make it 1-0.

Trenton trimmed the lead to 4-2 in the top of the fourth inning.  Jagielo singled and advanced to second on a single by Sanchez.  After a double play grounder, he scored on a single by Dante Bichette Jr.

The Thunder came back to tie the game at four in the eighth inning.  Jagielo homered and Bichette Jr. doubled home Sanchez who had singled.

In the eighth, Guerrero drilled a 3-2 pitch onto the patio of the Hilton Garden Inn off losing pitcher Kyle Haynes (0-2).
