MANCHESTER, NH – Earlier today, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats announced that Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is expected to miss at least four weeks due to a patella tendon strain.

Guerrero was placed on the 7-day disabled list last Thursday, reporting leg pains a day earlier after running to second base.

Although he has not appeared in a game since June 6, Guerrero still leads the Eastern League in RBI (50) and hits (83), with a slash line of .407/.457/.667

Guerrero signed with the Toronto Blue Jays organization on July 2, 2015 and at 19, is currently the youngest player in the Eastern League.
