Great North Aleworks brewery in Manchester celebrates one year

MANCHESTER, NH Join the celebration of Great North Aleworks one-year birthday on Saturday, August 27th from 12 p.m. –  6 p.m. at the brewery and tasting room in Manchester. To commemorate this special occasion, the following features are planned:

  • Release of new Double IPA, Tragically Hopped
  • Dueling Chefs Smoke-n-Grille Food Truck
  • Robust Vanilla Porter Birthday Cake
  • Live Music:
    • 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. – Two Jigs and a Reel (traditional Cape Breton fiddle music)
    • 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Downtown Dave featuring John Wright on guitar (Blues and R&B)
  • Magician Andrew Pinard will be performing close-up, sleight of hand magic throughout the tasting room from 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • New England Brewers portrait exhibit by photographer Michael Penney

Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas will be leading an official “toast” at 12:30 p.m. to get the festivities started. Come join the fun and raise a pint to help commemorate the first year of great beer at Great North Aleworks Tasting Room, 1050 Holt Ave, Unit #14, Manchester, NH 03109.
