CONCORD, NH — Gov. Chris Sununu’s Chief of Staff Jayne Millerick issued the following statement Wednesday after the Attorney General’s office completed their “personnel review’ of staffer Marty Boldin:

“The Attorney General’s office has completed their personnel review and today we received the resignation of Marty Boldin, Policy Advisor on Prevention, Treatment and Recovery. As with all personnel matters, details of the review are confidential. The opioid epidemic is the number one issue facing our state and Governor Sununu remains focused on helping those impacted by substance use disorder.”

Boldin was placed on administrative leave April 26 when the state launched an investigation into Boldin. No information was released at that time as to the nature of the investigation, which has now been termed a “personnel review.”

Boldin began serving as the Governor’s Policy Advisor for Prevention, Treatment and Recovery in July of 2017.
