MANCHESTER, NH – The Manchester Police Community Policing Division announces the 2017 Spring Senior Walks schedule. These walks allow seniors to exercise, socialize and experience Manchester with an assist from Manchester police officers.  Walks are held Monday mornings at 9 a.m. unless otherwise noted.  The walks are approx. 2-3 miles and take about one hour to complete.

In case of inclement weather, contact Officer Steve Duquette between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. the day of the walk for cancellations at (603) 792-5431.

  • April 10, 2017 Manchester River Walk – East: Meet at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel parking lot @ 101 S. Commercial St.
  • April 17, 2017 Livingston Park: Meet in parking lot near the playground, Hooksett Rd. @ Redcoat Ln.
  • April 24, 2017 Massabesic Lake Trail: Meet in the paved parking lot off Londonderry Turnpike just south of the Massabesic Traffic Circle
  • May 1, 2017 Manchester River Walk – West: Meet at the rear of the West Side Ice Arena @ Electric St.
  • May 8, 2017 Manchester Rail Trail: Meet on the north side of the old Shaw’s Plaza, 375 S. Willow St.
  • May 15, 2017 Manchester/Goffstown Rail Trail: Meet at the front of the West Side Ice Arena @ Electric St
  • May 22, 2017 Manchester River Walk: Meet at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel parking lot @ 101 S. Commercial St.
  • May 30, 2017 Livingston Park (Tuesday): Meet in parking lot near the playground, Hooksett Rd. @ Redcoat Ln
  • June 5, 2017 Massabesic Lake Trail: Meet in the paved parking lot off Londonderry Turnpike just south of the Massabesic Traffic Circle
