MANCHESTER, NH – Breast Cancer Awareness month brings out the best in all of us, especially our Manchester business community. Three Manchester McDonald’s restaurants – 196 South Willow St., 907 Second St., and 907 Hanover St.,) will be donating 5 percent of all sales from Oct. 20 purchases to the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition.
NHBCC is based in Lee, NH, and helps women afford treatment, as well as day care for their children during treatment, transportation, prescriptions and other costly side effects of cancer.
“We like that the money we will be raising will be staying right here in New Hampshire to help local women,” said Michael Gambino, who owns the three local McDonald’s franchises. “We will have pink uniform shirts for all our employees and it will be a great day.”
