The New Hampshire Fisher Cats’ quest to extend their current winning streak will have to wait a day, with their Monday night game against the Portland Sea Dogs postponed due to inclement weather conditions.

Coming into Monday, the Fisher Cats (14-28) hold the worst record in the Eastern League, three games behind the second-worst Richmond Flying Squirrels. They are 11.5 games behind Eastern League Eastern Division leaders Trenton.

Monday’s game is now scheduled for Tuesday as part of a seven-inning doubleheader, with the first game beginning at 5:35 p.m.

In Game One, Conner Greene (1-3, 3.69 ERA) will start for New Hampshire against Portland’s Travis Lakins (0-1, 27.00 ERA). John Harris (1-4, 6.75 ERA) will take the mound for the Fisher Cats in the second game against Portland’s Taylor Grover (1-1, 6.29 ERA).
