MANCHESTER, N.H. – Earlier this week, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats announced a new HD video board is coming to right-center field at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.
According to the team, the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, the new video board will be over 1,850 square feet. That is nearly five times the size of the previous video board, which was in place since the stadium’s inception 14 years ago.
The video board will also hold a brand-new instant replay system presented by Service Credit Union, as well as over 2 million LED lamps. The board’s 600×1120 resolution to allow one large image or up to five dynamic zones that will allow a variety of graphics aimed at helping Fisher Cat fans obtain a better ballpark experience.
“Like everything we do here, we’re making this upgrade with our fans in mind,” said Fisher Cats President Mike Ramshaw. “We’ve got some of the best on-field entertainment in Minor League Baseball, and this new video board will help bring the fan experience to new heights. This is ‘Ferocious Fun’ like you’ve never seen it before.”
The new video board and entertainment system will be designed, manufactured, installed and integrated by Visua out of La Crosse, Wisc. Video board installation is scheduled to begin later this month.
