Ferguson protestMANCHESTER, NH – A community vigil and protest march is planned for Nov. 29 at Veterans Park in Manchester at 1 p.m. in response to the grand jury decision in Ferguson, Mo., not to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson in the August shooting death of Michael Brown.

Here is the information, via Facebook:

“The nation is angered by the Ferguson grand jury’s refusal to indict Officer Darren Wilson. It’s time we come together to stop police violence against our communities. Join people from across New Hampshire this Saturday at 1pm Veteran’s Park on Elm Street in Manchester for a vigil and march as we remember Mike Brown. We will hear from community leaders, and we will have an open mic so folks can share their thoughts about the Mike Brown tragedy. This will be a peaceful non-violent protest. This is our moment, this is our movement.
Join the event page and invite your friends! See you at Veterans Park.”
