Roger of the New Hampshire State Police Troop B barracks in Bedford, responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on the Interstate 93 North ramp, from I-293 South. Speed is a factor, however all aspects of the incident remain under investigation. The ramp was closed for approximately two hours while Troopers worked on the scene and traffic was diverted onto I-93 South.
