BEDFORD, NH — Family Physical Therapy Services announces Karolina A. Kozlova, PT, DPT has joined the practice as a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She will evaluate and treat neurological diagnoses with a focus on vestibular and concussion management.
After receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University, Manchester, NH, she pursued a neurologic residency with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Centers for Rehab Services where she received extensive training in treatment of stroke, spinal cord and brain injuries, concussion/vestibular disorders, neurodegenerative disorders, and was involved in clinical and didactic education at the University of Pittsburgh Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Post-residency, she transitioned into the role of a neurological/vestibular outpatient float therapist before eventually relocating to New Hampshire. She is licensed to practice in NH and PA, and is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
