The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce will present the 2018 Downtown Living Tour on Thursday, September 6 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. The tour showcases living spaces in historic and rehabbed buildings along with newer projects.
From the growth of workforce in the high-tech and manufacturing industries in Manchester’s Millyard and the thousands of college graduates from area colleges and universities, to those looking to downsize or be closer to amenities, there is quite an appeal for downtown living. Get an exclusive look into a variety of properties for rent or purchase within Manchester’s downtown neighborhood.
This is a self-guided tour through the various apartments and properties in downtown Manchester. Each property will host an open house. There is no cost to attend, but registration is highly recommended. A few days prior to event, a tour map will be sent to registrants via email. Additionally, maps will be available at all participating properties and at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (54 Hanover Street)
