MANCHESTER, NH – Detectives Eric Joyal and Christian Horn conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 293 at approximately 8:35 p.m. on March 29, after the operator of the vehicle made several unsafe lane changes.

The detectives conducted the stop near Exit 5 and spoke with the operator and lone occupant, Keith Haskell, 36, of Manchester. Haskell was wanted on an electronic bench warrant so he was taken into custody without incident. A search incident to arrest revealed he was in possession of 25.1 grams of cocaine, which was packaged in 11 separate bags. The cocaine and over $900 in cash were removed from his pocket. Both items were seized and placed into evidence.

Haskell was charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and the electronic bench warrant. He is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on March 30, 2017.
