MANCHESTER, NH — The city’s newest eatery, 110 Grill, is set to open at 875 Elm St. on Sept. 13 – the fourth New Hampshire iteration of the chain restaurant, which counts the Elm Street location as its 16th restaurant. The 8,000 square-foot, 290-seat restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining, featuring modern-American cuisine, which includes gluten-free and dietary-restricted menu items.

“The City of Manchester is a hub for art, entertainment and culture in New Hampshire, and we are thrilled to introduce our casual-upscale concept as the newest addition to its thriving dining scene,” said Ryan Dion, 110 Grill’s Chief Operating Officer, in a statement released Aug. 22. “We look forward to welcoming the local community and visitors alike to experience our unique approach to modern-American cooking in the heart of the city’s bustling downtown neighborhood.”

The kitchen will feature seasonal favorites including Cajun Yellowfin Tuna served rare with Asian slaw, sweet teriyaki and a sriracha aioli drizzle; Kale Brussels Salad served with dried cranberries and pecans, broccoli, cabbage, radicchio and carrots, topped with goat cheese and granny smith apples; and 110 Sesame Ginger Salmon served with chilled rice noodles, tossed with carrots, cucumbers, red peppers and sesame ginger dressing, topped with sesame seeds and sriracha aioli; Signature items on the menu include Chicken Caprese Parmesan with pesto, Reggiano cheese, mozzarella and roasted tomatoes, finished with a balsamic reduction; Shrimp & Clam Linguini with sautéed shrimp tossed in an herbed clam sauce with roasted tomatoes and linguini, finished with basil and parmesan accompanied by grilled ciabatta bread; along with impressive steak cuts including 110’s Ribeye, 14 oz., 21 day-aged, served with balsamic BBQ compound butter.

From the restaurant’s signature horseshoe bar, guests can enjoy a variety of craft beer from both local and national brands, a diverse wine list and a selection of handcrafted cocktails, including The Dark Storm with Goslings Black Seal, apple ginger shrub and fresh lime, floated over Goslings Ginger beer and 110 Rye Old Fashioned with Redemption Rye and Gozio Amaretto, muddled cherry, orange and honey.

In addition to Manchester, 110 Grill recently opened restaurants in Stratham, Worcester, MA, and Albany, NY, its latest debut and first expansion beyond New England. The team is projected to open locations this fall in Wrentham and Holyoke, MA, as well as its fifth location in New Hampshire by the end of 2018, in West Lebanon.

110 Grill Manchester is located at 875 Elm Street, Manchester, NH and will open at 4 p.m. on September 13, 2018. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner each following day. For more information, please visit 110grill.com.
