MANCHESTER, NH – Easterseals New Hampshire announced last week that Nancy Rollins of New London has been appointed to the position of Chief Strategy Officer for New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
In this role, Rollins will lead strategic development throughout the organization, provide intergovernmental relations to implement a corporate and legislative strategy, and improve visibility across the three-state footprint, specifically in the areas of Health and Human Services, Foundations and State Government. Additionally, she will collaborate with the Easterseals leadership team to develop and implement plans to accommodate growth and rapid response to needs within the community as well as strategies to move towards quality performance measurement in all services and supports.
Rollins comes to Easter Seals with an extensive background in strategic planning, executive leadership, and community engagement. Her past work experience includes many years employment with the State of New Hampshire in the Department of Heath of Human Services as well as leadership roles in a number of non-profit organizations. Rollins is passionate about community service and supporting vulnerable populations.
Rollins holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College. She has held a variety of college level teaching positions and is an active member of many related civil and professional associations.
