After arriving on scene and conducting a crash investigation it was determined that a 1997 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Tyler Martel, 21, of Manchester was rear-ended by a 1996 Jeep Cherokee driven by Wayne Graham, 33, of Manchester. Martel had come to a stop in order to pay the toll at the Bedford Toll Plaza when Graham allegedly drove into the rear end of the Volkswagen resulting in the crash.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene and no injuries were reported.

Both operators were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. It was also determined that distracted driving was the cause of the crash and Graham was cited for texting while driving.
