Donna Ouellette receives the Navy Cross posthumously for her son, Corporal Michael Ouellette, who was killed in action in 2009.

MANCHESTER, NH – Donna Marie Ouellette, 68, of Manchester, died November 10, 2017, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Laconia on May 4, 1949, she was the daughter of Frank and Aura (Pandini) Bedard. She earned an Associate’s Degree from Hesser College and worked in sales and administration with Nu-Cast, Inc. for 13 years.

Spending time with her family was one of her greatest pleasures. She will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, and friend. Donna had a profound love of nature and often depicted nature’s beauty in her paintings.

Donna was a Gold Star Mother and was predeceased by her son Marine Cpl. Michael Ouellette in 2009.

Donna is survived by two of her children, Stephanie Ouellette of Manchester, and Alan Ouellette and wife Lauren of Goffstown; two siblings, Linda Bedard of Berlin, and Brian Bedard of Belmont; and her loving dog, Lulu. She was also predeceased by her sister, Lorelia Bedard.

SERVICES: Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester, are from 4 to 6 p.m. on Nov. 16. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice in Donna’s memory.
