UPDATE: “Fugitive of the Week” Daryl Gurley, 24, was arrested Wednesday afternoon at a local bakery/restaurant in Lawrence, MA,

CONCORD, NH – The District of New Hampshire – New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of fugitive Daryl Gurley, 24. He is charged with two counts of armed robbery; two probation violations with underlying offenses of larceny and receiving stolen property and bank robbery.

Gurley was last known to be living in Derry, where he has ties to family, friends and associates. Do Not He is considered armed and dangerous, and is known to abuse drugs.

He is described as 5-foot-11 inches tall, 200 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos on his right finger and hand, and on his upper right arm.
