Crime spree: Police investigate 50 reports of criminal mischief over the weekend

MANCHESTER, NH – The Manchester Police Detective Unit is investigating a rash of criminal mischief reports from the weekend. According to Lt. Brian O’Keefe, 37  incidents were reported between November 9 – 11. An additional 13 cases occurred between November 11 -13. The mischief was not tied to a specific location, and the bulk of damage occurred to motor vehicles, but several houses were also damaged as a result of the mischief.

Detectives believe the damage was caused by either a bb/pellet gun or a slingshot. Several witnesses stated a car described as a dark colored Volkswagen with Massachusetts registration was occupied by four males who may be responsible for the damage.
