Court no-show: Police looking for woman who sold fatal dose of fentanyl

MANCHESTER, NH — The Manchester Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Heather Flattery, 30, wanted for failure to appear in court on the charge of sale of a controlled drug (fentanyl) which resulted in someone’s death. There is currently an active arrest warrant for Flattery with a nationwide extradition.

Flattery is described as a white female, 5-foot-5 inches tall, 113 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. Flattery has a tattoo on her chest, right calf and back (see photos above) and also goes by the name of Heather Kowack. Her last known address was 51 Pennacook St., Manchester.

If you have seen Heather Flattery or know her whereabouts, do not approach. Notify the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711, remain anonymous through the Manchester Crime Line at 603-624-4040 or contact your local law enforcement agency.
