MANCHESTER, NH – Colleen Ives has joined Child & Family Services to serve as Vice President of Programs.

Ives previously served as vice president, operations and quality control for the Rockport Mortgage Corporation, Gloucester, Mass. While at Rockport Mortgage, Ives had overall responsibility for achieving strategic objectives through oversight of the day-to-day operations of five multi-disciplinary underwriting teams. She also ensured compliance with the federally mandated Quality Control Program through employee development initiatives, monitored operational practices, and integrated new HUD directives into existing best practices; In addition, Ives led a multi-disciplinary team of financial, legal, environmental, and construction professionals, in the pursuit of $350 million, six hospital HUD Section 242 loan application that included $90 million of new construction.

Prior to joining Rockport Mortgage Corporation, Ives was principal of Ives Development Associates, a consulting agency that provided strategic planning and leadership development to public, private and nonprofit companies throughout New England.

Ives received her Bachelor of Arts, Psychology and Philosophy and holds a Master of Arts/CAGS (Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies) in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College, Worcester, MA. She also holds a Doctorate in Human and Organization Systems, and Master of Arts in Human Development, from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA.
